A lot of tasks need completing but nothing will get done if distractions continue to derail your thought process. Keep a journal for a week to see what activities waste the most time like surfing the web, playing video games, tv watching, daydreaming, etc. Once you know what's preventing you from being productive you can work on curtailing the temptations.
