When was the last time you took an entire day off, just because you felt like it? If you can't remember, it's been too long: but you know that. If nothing pressing is going on at work, think about taking a mental health day, and don't allow yourself to feel guilty about it. Whether you switch shifts with someone or just promise to work extra hard on monday, do it. It's time for you to spoil yourself. Of course, the right company won't hurt either.
