Save money and keep chemicals out of your mouth by making your own toothpaste. You don't need commercial pastes to keep your pearly whites in good working order. Combine three drops of organic peppermint oil with three tablespoons of baking soda and one tablespoon of table salt. Add two teaspoons of glycerin and mix together. Keep in a covered container so it stays moist. Experiment with other oils, like cinnamon and clove for fresh and spicy breath!
