Why does everyone insist on the friday afternoon office potluck? Don't let it ruin your diet. Distract yourself: talk to three people from another department. Or skip treats for a few days in advance so you can splurge a little. Sample everything, but don't overindulge. And then suggest another activity that doesn't involve eating, after all, it's a food waster, too.
