You usually make your best effort to recycle everything you can. That's a great goal. But, before you toss just anything in the bin, make sure it's appropriate. Consult your local waste-management company beforehand (the web's probably the easiest resource). Set out labeled bins and encourage your guests to use them. Non-recyclable items could render a perfectly good batch of recyclables a waste. Know before you throw!
