You should respect and trust someone who has a drastically different opinion than you on some very important issues today. They may have a different agenda than you do, but they still have a right to it and you should not criticize them for it. So try to remove your personal feelings from all of the conversations you have today: if you don't, things could devolve into an argument and then nothing will get done at all. There is a time to get passionate, and a time to get serious.
